OUR MISSION

To build a leading company that creates sustainable value in today's dynamic business environment.

Our Story

Vernum was founded in 2007 by Ukrainian entrepreneur Natalia Ignatchenko.
The name "Vernum," meaning spring in Latin, was chosen to reflect renewal, growth, and new beginnings - values that continue to guide the company's development.

The foundation of the holding was the automotive dealership business.
Its dynamic growth enabled the reinvestment of capital into the acquisition of new assets across various industries, leading to the diversification of the group's business portfolio.

To ensure effective management of the expanding asset portfolio, the Vernum Financial Company Group was established. Strategic oversight of the group is led by the Board of Directors, chaired by Anastasiya Ignatchenko, CEO of Auto-Activ.

In 2011, the holding established a commercial bank under the Vernum brand, focused on retail banking and project financing.

In 2016, Vernum Capital Management Limited was created within the group to develop a large-scale retail and entertainment center project in partnership with Novus, as well as to manage the group's growing real estate portfolio, which includes industrial enterprises, land assets, and residential property developments.
